Brewery: Weird Beard Brewing Co
Bottle Size: 330ml
Taste:A strong hoppy flavour, but not overpowering. A well balanced fruitiness, which makes this so easy to drink.

Aroma:Hoppy, but with definite elements of citrus coming through
I was excited to try this beer, not for the beer itself but due to the branding and reviews I’d seen of the Brewery itself. It’s difficult to see yourself apart in a market which is becoming increasingly flooded, but Weird Beard have managed to make themselves noticed.
Upon opening, pouring and gaining an initial impression, I was excited, but with an air of trepidation. I so wanted this beer to be good, I thought the branding deserved it to be good, I had a slight fear of disappointment.
There was no need to be scared. The beer packs a punch, I can’t lie. It’s a more than healthy 7% ABV, and it’s a well balanced, easily quaffable beer. The flavours are strong, yet not overpowering, and it’s very easy to drink.
I think I’d class this beer as ‘dangerous’! It’s tasty enough to be drank quickly, but strong enough to let you know it’s there. This beer is an absolute barnstormer, and I will be returning to the Weird Beard range very soon to try more of what they have to offer.
