Sweet fruity flavour with a hint of Banana.

A deep cloudy orange with a small white head.

A hoppy aroma with a malty edge.

Final Verdict:

Baobob by St Austell brewery is a wheat beer inspired by the Eden Project in Cornwall.

This team up is not only good for both companies but is good for you!!

Using powder from the Baobob fruit has many benefits! St Austell boast that is has more magnesium than Bananas and more vitamin C than oranges. So does this beer count as 2 of your 5 a day?

If only! But St Austell are not wrong however as the Baobob fruit is packed with Vitamin C and help release energy slowly as well as reducing blood sugar and even helps the digestive system.

The taste of this beer is very different to anything I have tried. The sweetness that’s comes through in the flavour is slightly strange. But that’s could be down to flavourings of Banana and Bubblegum.

This drink intrigued me and if I’m honest still does, it is a very nice beer the only thing I feel let this down a bit was the over carbonated style of this, it has as much fizz as a can of coke.
