South Hams Brewery have pulled another stunner out of the bag. Every time we try a new beer from them, it hits the right spot. Stumble Bee is no exception.
It’s light, refreshing, with a lovely bit of honey and sweetness coming through. The hoppy flavour is punchy, and the sweetness is very much present. A combination which I wasn’t convinced would work, but the balance is a real joy and each ingredient just adds to the flavour and overall experience. From start to finish, Stumble Bee produces a lovely taste and a great feel in the mouth. It has just the right amount of flavour, perfect carbonation and leaves you with a slight dryness which is rather pleasant.
All in all, this is a great beer, and one which I encourage you to try. If you can get your hands on anything from South Hams Brewery, do so without hesitation. I’m just off to find some more!
