This Belgian blond beer is smooth and easy to drink, the light amber colour may make you believe you are about to drink a lager, but this blond was very feisty!
The aroma has a strong smell of peppery hops, it wasn’t what I expected when I poured this beer.
And when I tasted it, it wasn’t what I was expecting either as it’s like a reversal of the scent, the sweetness of the malt and fruit (possible mixed fruit from an orchard) combine together quite well, there is a slight peppery aftertaste but it isn’t too strong.
I have had better blond beers from this country, with saying that this is no means a bad drink and I would happily drink it again.
