Wild Gravity from BAD Co Brewing is an experience from start to finish. From the first surprisingly audible pop of the full top ring-pull, the peeling off of the entire top of the can, the ‘glug’-free pouring and the beautiful colour of the beer in the glass, the anticipation just grows.
The hoppy smell is typical of an IPA, and one which is enticing and really draws you in. The flavour is both powerful and balanced, a rare combination. The aftertaste lingers just long enough to be appreciated, but doesn’t outstay it’s welcome, and making my way through the beer was enjoyable, the only criticism being the end came far too soon. 330ml is not enough of this beer, and I’m not even sure a full pint would satiate my desire for more. This is definitely a top IPA, and it requires a lengthened tasting to fully appreciate.
